LIC Premium paid certificate online
When dealing with online payments of bills, especially for the policies that are enrolled to save the Income tax, one has to keep in mind that they may need to produce the premium paid receipt at the time of filing the IT return. Unlike while paying by visiting the LIC office where you get a receipt for premium payment, you will not get such receipts when you pay online (at that moment).
However, once you completed your payment and if it was a successful one, you can get your premium payment certificate any time by just entering your policy number in the LIC customer portal.
Premium payment certificate
Just follow this procedure to login to LIC portal. Once you are done with that, you can proceed to get your premium paid certificates. Just find the ‘Premium paid statement for all policies’ link on the right side under ‘Customer services’ section (after you login to your account). Enter your policy number in the next page and select the financial year to get your certificate.
